STAFF LEASING
A suitable approach if you are outsourcing a specialized function. This setup also works well if you simply prefer to have more control over your staff in the Philippines since you get to select those who will be part of your team and manage their day-to-day operations.
TALK2ME, INC does all the leg work starting with pre-screening of talents, facilitation of recruitment exams, and finally shortlisting the candidates saving you much time and effort. Once you have selected your dedicated staff, you will provide direct training and manage them just as you would in your own in-house environment.
SEAT LEASING
You can start with a small amount of seats (even one!) and scale up as your business needs change.
You also can often enter into short term agreements with just basic deposit and first and last month rental payments up front. This means only a small cash outlay from the outset which is attractive for start-up companies or small businesses.
